Delivery and billing information
We deliver orders with numerous parcel delivery services. Our delivery costs and speed are directly determined by this. The delivery cost covers all packaging and delivery costs and works on a weight based rate. The same principle is used in pallet deliveries.
Shipping costs
Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. are usually delivered the next day for domestic orders.

In certain locations in the archipelago and Northern Finland, we charge a special area fee per shipment. Special area fee is €20.10/shipment, pallets €56.00.
invoicing
Our billing principle is 14 days net.
For our long-term partners, the billing period is 30 days net.
We use the Netvisor financial management system and prefer electronic invoicing.
